French and Singaporean experts will join the search for the black boxes of AirAsia Flight QZ8501 today, as relatives begin funeral services for the victims.
Bad weather is hampering efforts to locate the wreckage of the plane which crashed in the sea off Borneo with 162 aboard.
Nine bodies have so far been retrieved in the search for the Airbus A320-200, which disappeared from radar during a storm on Sunday en route from Indonesia's second city of Surabaya to Singapore.
Search and rescue agency chief Bambang Soelistyo has told reporters waves are between three and four metres and conditions are expected to remain bad for days to come, but they still hope to achieve results.
The first funeral took place yesterday after one of 162 bodies was formally identified as a woman and handed over to her family in Surabaya.
The plane is believed to be in relatively shallow water of around 25-32 metres.
