The Ford Mustang is galloping into 2016 with a couple of new appearance packages, and while Ford has shown the California Special, it has not yet officially shown Mustang fans the new Black Accent duds. So we will.
Caught by our spy photographers on a yellow GT coupe, the Black Accent package turns any Mustang into something of a dark horse. Well, not any Mustang exactly; it’s exclusively available on GT coupes and convertibles. As our pictures show, it includes a blackout grille, black badging including the galloping horse and 5.0 fender emblem, a black panel between the taillight, a black rear spoiler, and, of course, black wheels.
The car in the photos also has the black-painted roof, which is a new option on GT and EcoBoost coupes for 2016.
