The Supreme Court on Thursday asked N. Srinivasan to furnish details of shareholding of India Cements and composition of its Board members.
The Court also asked Mr. Srinivasan to give details about who controls the Chennai Super Kings team owned by India Cements.
The Court proposed that the BCCI election can be held but persons named in Mudgal report will not contest and a new Board will take decision on IPL-6 scam .
The BCCI submitted that an external commission will be set up to hand out punishment to persons found guilty in the Mudgal report.
In response, the Court said the BCCI must put an end to all these controversies.
