Remember yesterday when we reported that Ferrari had issued a recall for the California T because there was a risk of a fuel-line leak that could potentially lead to the car catching on fire? Apparently it’s not the only car in Ferrari’s current lineup with that problem.
It has now been revealed that the Ferrari 488 GTB‘s fuel line is also at risk of leaking fuel, which also might potentially cause a fire.
Unlike the California T, the 488 GTB won’t be recalled in the U.S. That’s because none of them have been delivered to any customers yet, so the company has issued a stop-sale instead. The 119 affected cars will be fixed before they’re delivered to customers.
No harm, no foul.
