One-off, 275 gtb, f12berlinetta, f12tdf

The Ferrari SP 275 rw competizione is the definition of exclusive. Limited to one single unit, the sports car, based on the Ferrari F12berlinetta, is in homage to the late Ferrari 275GTB, the brand’s V-12–powered sports car produced between 1964 and 1968.

Styled by Pininfarina, the SP 275 rw competizione incorporates 275GTB cues such as louvers carved into the rear quarter-panel aft of the window line and four vents positioned behind the front wheels. Yellow paint, an aluminum fuel cap, and bespoke rear-end bodywork that includes additional vents at the car’s stern specifically recall the Ecurie Francorchamps 275GTB that won the GT class at Le Mans in 1965. Distinct headlights, a unique front fascia, and 20-inch, 10-spoke alloy wheels complete the car’s looks.

While the SP 275 rw competizione rides on the standard F12berlinetta’s chassis (albeit with a slightly wider rear track), the car’s powertrain components come from the harder-edged, wider F12tdf. As such, the SP 275 rw competizione’s 6.3-liter V-12 engine delivers a raucous 769 horsepower at 8500 rpm to the one-off Ferrari’s rear wheels. A seven-speed dual-clutch automatic serves as the middleman between the engine and the tires.

Although Ferrari didn’t specify the lone SP 275 rw competizione’s price, we can only assume the individual purchasing this one-of-one Ferrari spent far more than the nearly half a million dollars the Italian brand charged for the F12tdf.
