Turbocharger in hydraulic press

Everything capitulates to the hydraulic press, albeit in its own special way. A book nearly holds its shape as the press pushes and pushes. A spring gets compacted down to a minuscule height and then nearly springs back fully. A turbocharger? A turbocharger turns into an absolute mess of crumpled parts.

One of the latest targets for the Hydraulic Press Channel doesn’t last long under the pressure. The press buckles the exterior housing, and then it mangles the internals. “That is [in] quite bad condition now,” the malevolent host intones. Indeed.
