Of greater note, however, is the Yaris sedan’s embrace of trim levels. Whereas the Yaris iA followed the Scion format and was sold as a monospec model, the 2019 Yaris sedan will be available in base L, mid-grade LE, and top-of-the-line XLE trims. Entry-level L models carry over many of the standard features found in the Yaris iA, including a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, low-speed automated front emergency braking, cruise control, power mirrors and windows, and a 60/40 split-folding rear seat.
