What goes up as a hatchback generally must come down as a sedan. After launching a five-door Impreza concept in Tokyo, Subaru is about to drop a conceptual take on the sedan version in Los Angeles. This darkened teaser shot is all we’ve got before the unveiling next week.
Subaru isn’t providing details but hopes customers dig the looks of this soon-to-be fifth-generation Impreza, because it’s already prepared to build the production models late next year. Expect the wider stance and toned aesthetic to carry over from the five-door concept.
Whether or not this also serves as a preview of the next WRX, we’ll have to wait and see.
